Sameer Noorani
Sameer is the founder of Attensive, AI vision for logistics.
Most recently at Reacher (Y Combinator S25), he built and scaled a distributed AI system that indexes millions of TikTok videos using multi-GPU inference and delivers semantic search in under two seconds. He designed and implemented the full pipeline end to end, including large-scale video analysis and self-hosted multimodal LLMs on Modal and AWS, taking it from conception to production.
Before that, he was Head of Engineering at Careforce AI (Y Combinator F24), formerly Helpcare AI. He was hired as a Senior Software Engineer and promoted after leading development of 90% of the company's production systems, driving the architecture of AI-driven healthcare tools from MVP to real-time production deployments.
He's a serial entrepreneur and engineer at heart. He founded Shifthive, a workforce forecasting platform whose clients included Mount Sinai NYC, a top-15 US hospital; ShiftPosts (acquired), an on-demand marketplace matching pharmacies with licensed pharmacists across Canada; and Sixtooth, a design and development agency that tripled revenue every year.
He studied Neural Biology and Computer Science at the University of Toronto, leaving in his fourth year to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. He's been coding since age 12.
